Shipping & Delivery

We will make every effort to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible after accepting your order and sending them to the address you have provided.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our Return Policy. For personalised items, you have a 30-minute window to amend or change the order by contacting us.

The weight of each delivery is recorded before shipment, and the assigned courier will verify the proof of weight. This weight can be compared to the actual contents of the package to confirm the contents. In case of any disputes, CCTV footage from our international packing station can serve as proof of the package’s contents.

Shipping rates are determined by Little IA. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.

      International Shipping

      The estimated delivery time for international shipments is 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. Please note that some fur items may not be legally importable into certain destination countries. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the legality of the product’s import into their destination country. Additionally, international orders may incur import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. All orders are shipped with duties unpaid, and the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, and compliance with local laws. Payment is typically collected upon delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges, and their amount cannot be predicted.

      All international shipments should arrive within the specified timescale, provided there are no customs delays. The delivery timeline begins once the items have been dispatched. Delays after dispatch are beyond our control. We will provide tracking details and work with the courier to ensure your order arrives on time, but once the package has left our warehouse, its arrival is out of our hands. We will keep you updated if any delays occur.

      Events Outside Our Control

      We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under these terms due to events outside our control. If we fail to meet our obligations, we are responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our breach or negligence, but we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
